IV Play moored in Dick Sesinger's Bay,
Cayman Brac. What a life! Five minutes after tying up to the
mooring, two beautiful young blonde ladies swam out to the boat and gave
me a bottle of wine to welcome me to Cayman Brac! Talk about
hospitality...

Heading up the Río Dulce canyon. |

Denny's Beach on Lago Izabal, Guatemala. |
 |
Trying to work my way up a small tributary of
the Río Chacon Machaca,
El Golfete, just off the Río Dulce in
Guatemala, but nature kept putting logs and fallen trees in the way. |

Port
Antonio, Jamaica.
That's Navy Island in the background, it
was once the home of Errol Flynn. |
 |
Halloween at the Cayuco Club at
Mario's Marina. That's me
along with Frank the Shipwright who was Frank the Rasta that night. |

An undercover DEA agent hard at work
during the Halloween Party at the Cayuco Club. |
 |
That's me again, but this time I'm hard at work and
taking up bandwidth at the palapa at
Mario's Marina on the
Río Dulce, Guatemala. |

Bob Bitchin
and myself at the Miami Boat Show.
Here and now I would like to put to rest the vicious rumors that we are
one and the same person and are never seen together in the same place at
the same time. Bob is taller, but I am better looking. And
yes, it's the same shirt as in the photo above, hey...I like it! |

Fair winds and far places my friend! |

Sunset catches Moria
at anchor at French Wells, Crooked Island, Bahamas. |

This is the view
from the "back porch" aboard Armond Perretta's S/V Kerry Deare. She
was heading down east to New Brunswick, Canada, July of 1997, for Campobello
Island and Grand Manan. The weather that summer was "the best we've seen in
25 years," to quote a local.

 |
One of my
favorite anchorages, though you must take a mooring here now, is the north anchorage at
Warderick Wells, the home of the Exuma Park Headquarters. |
 |
A confiscated
catch of lobster. A couple of local gentlemen cruised into Exuma Park and in less than ten
minutes had this in their boat. |
 |
The beautiful
beach at West Bay, Conception Island, Bahamas. That's Sue and George Brown, of the S/V Pod
Logic, just coming ashore. |
 |
Unfortunately, Toots The Sailing Parrot is no longer aboard the
good ship IV Play...she
passed away in 2009. Rest in peace Toots... |
